• Flexible 80A Resin is a part of Formlabs' library of Flexible and Elastic Resins, engineered for 3D printing using stereolithography (SLA) technology.
• It is the most stiff soft-touch material in their range, with an 80A Shore durometer to simulate the flexibility of rubber or TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).
• This resin balances softness with strength and can withstand bending, flexing, and compression, even through repeated cycles.
• The “80A” in its name represents the material's Shore durometer. For a less stiff flexible material, Formlabs suggests trying their Elastic 50A Resin.
• It is a reformulation of their Flexible Resin, offering more advanced mechanical properties and a new look.
• Compatible with Form 3 generation printers and Form 2.
• Supports print resolutions of 100 and 50 microns and requires post-curing.
